To enable us to carry out a swift and professional delivery and set up we require access to your garden and parking (wherever possible). If you live in an area where a permit is needed to park, then you will need to provide us with a permit.
If there are any restrictions which may hinder our setup then please make us aware of this at the time of booking.
The SCREEN experience has been designed to be set up on real grass so if the ground is anything other than real grass, please make us aware at the time of booking so we can work around it.
We aim to have you set up and ready to go after just over an hour, we will run through a brief demonstration and include a user’s guide.
We want as many people to enjoy the SCREEN experience as possible, so we offer free delivery and installation within 25 miles of Dorchester, Dorset. However, if you live beyond this radius, please contact us for a delivery quotation.

All bookings require a £150 deposit to secure the date. This deposit will be returned to the client within 3 days after the collection, once all the equipment is checked for damages. Clients are responsible for any damages caused during the hire. If the damage exceeds the value of the deposit then the client is liable to pay any excess.
Payment is due 2 days prior to booking via bank transfer or card. (Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques)
In the event that you need to cancel, we ask for as much notice as possible. Cancellation
within 7 days of the booked date will forfeit the £150 deposit. However if you chose to reschedule to another date then we can transfer your deposit.
We are unable to guarantee the weather. The SCREEN concept has been created for outdoor use and we hope that the weather does not prevent that from happening. In the event of constant rain or strong winds on the day of hire we will contact you and discuss your wishes and options. We will try and accommodate your booking and explore potential indoor use or postponing if another date is available.
As we cannot guarantee the weather, cancellation on the day may result in losing your deposit; this will be at our discretion.
Should the weather change unexpectedly during the hire then it is your responsibility to store everything inside the gazebo out of the rain.
We provide equipment in a safe, working, and usable condition. We will run through how to use the equipment and leave you with it in working order.
For an outdoor set up, at the end of the evening, we please ask for you to store all our electrical equipment indoors and under no circumstances leave outside. When we set up, we will leave the storage for the furnishings and kindly ask you to place the soft furnishings inside the boxes provided and place inside the gazebo and close the sides of the gazebo to save it from getting damp overnight.
As part of your hire agreement with SCREEN you are responsible for all the contents hired.
Following the hire, we will check our equipment to make sure it is in the same working condition that we left it in. Any damage will be recorded at the time and repaired at a charge to the client.
Any equipment lost or stolen during your agreed hire period will be charged to the client. If any damage occurs during the hire, we would kindly ask for you to inform us. Please do not attempt to repair it yourself.
We have insurance for our equipment along with public liability insurance. If you wish to see our insurance documents, then please feel free to ask.
During the setup we ensure that the equipment is installed safely, and we kindly ask that you do not move the equipment from its sited position until the end of the evening. Please keep children away from the electrical equipment.
The client is responsible for providing access to a 13-amp power socket within 30 metres of where the SCREEN equipment will be setup.
We will provide extension cables, RCD breaker plug and HDMI cable ready for you to plug in your own source of media.
Strictly no smoking or BBQ’s allowed near to the SCREENs equipment. Please refrain from eating or drinking near the equipment.
We are a new business and rely heavily on social media interaction. Please feel free to share your pictures with us on social media. We will take pictures of each individual set up for our portfolio, but we will always check with you before we post the pictures on our online platforms.
We strongly recommend using the SCREEN equipment from dusk onwards and into the evening when it is dark. Although you can use the furnishings in the day time, the SCREEN equipment is limited in the daylight and must be set in the back of the gazebo to view and naturally you will not experience the same level of quality as you will from dusk onwards.
Please note that all persons using the equipment do so at their own risk. The person on the hire agreement is liable for any damage or injury from misuse of the equipment.
SCREEN take no responsibility for the content that is shown on the equipment. We do not arrange or provide licenses for any content.
You must provide your own media.
